Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 within the United States.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard processing usually takes 1–3 business days, and shipping within the United States typically takes 3–8 business days depending on the item. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you source your outdoor gear and apparel?
We carefully select and curate all of our products from trusted, premium suppliers who share our commitment to durability, heritage, and performance. Every piece of gear is vetted to ensure it meets the demands of the modern adventurer.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to get your gear to you as fast as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please email us immediately at clearwatertradingco@outlook.com. Once an item has been processed or shipped by our fulfillment partners, we cannot alter the order, but we can assist you with a return later.

Yes! We are proudly an American-owned and operated business based out of North Mississippi. Our passion for fly fishing, camping, and the rugged outdoor lifestyle drives everything we do.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package live.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your gear. We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.   Easy and Free Returns.  Please contact our support team to start a return.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Clear Water Trading Co. only ships to addresses within the United States. We are looking to expand to international shipping in the future!
