Smooth trout control without heavy reels and jerky drag.

Most ported reels are either heavy or have sticky startup that costs you fish. The Poudre Series is built for small water — where every ounce matters and you need a reel that balances a 3wt and 4wt creek rod without tip-heaviness.

This is your creek-weight counterpart to the TS2. Where TS2 is your multi-weight workhorse 3/4 through 7/8, Poudre is purpose-built ultralight for 3/4wt only. Precision porting cuts weight, sheds water, keeps your rod balanced for all-day casting in tight creeks.

Sealed carbon/stainless stack protects from grit and delivers jerk-free, consistent pressure with super-slick startup — protects light tippets on 7X when a wild cutthroat eats in fast pocket water. Large arbor geometry picks up line quickly, reduces memory, keeps backing dry. CNC-machined aluminum frame, cold-forged and anodized, prevents flex and resists river corrosion.

- Ultralight Ported Spool: Cuts weight, sheds water, balances 3wt/4wt creek rods for all-day casting
- Sealed Drag System: Fully sealed carbon/stainless stack, smooth startup, jerk-free pressure
- Large Arbor Geometry: Fast retrieve, reduces line memory, keeps backing dry
- CNC-Machined Frame: Rigid durability, no flex, river corrosion resistance
- Quick-Change Spool: Tool-free release swaps dry to nymph setups in seconds

Ideal for trout, creeks, and small rivers. If you fish 5wt and up, see TS2 Large-Arbor Reel. If you live on 3wt/4wt small water, Poudre is lighter and better balanced.
