I didn't start Clear Water Trading Co. in some office. I started it in North Mississippi in 2025 because I was sick and tired of buying gear that looked good online and fell apart in the field.
Cheap zippers. Thin fabric. Tents that leak the first time it rains. I was done with it.
So I decided to build the store I actually wanted to shop at.
Clear Water Trading Co. is American-owned, run out of Blue Springs, MS and we do things different. We don't carry 10,000 pieces of junk. We curate gear that actually holds up - for campers, backpackers, fly fishermen, and folks who just like to be outside and need their stuff to work.
Every tent, every hammock, every Hat, every piece of fly gear we list is something I'd put in my own truck. If it won't survive a weekend on the water or a night in the woods, we don't sell it.
